I arrived at 4am in the morning, they kept the receptions open to receive me. I am 90yrs old and my hearing and seeing is not very good. The staff are very kind looking after me all the time. We talk via google translate and having wonderful time. The location is wonderful for everything. They serve a very good Turkish breakfast. I had very enjoyable 10 days holiday.

Really lovely boutique hotel, great location and nice size room for two people. Great decor and lovely staff! Easy check in, although I thought I had paid prior but they needed payment at the hotel so just be aware of that when you book, but it wasn’t really an issue.

The hotel is modern and relaxed with a very cool bar attached to it (for guests and public). The bar has entertainment on each night such as salsa dancing. The manager really cares for his business and puts time and energy to make his guests feel welcome. I arrived at 3am because of my flight, manager waited up for me and even drove to get me some food which was amazing. All the staff that work there are great. Can’t fault it, I’ll stay again whenever I fly to Dalaman

We loved our stay at the Smyrna Hotel! The staff was super friendly, and especially Idil made us feel right at home. She speaks perfect English and was the most attentive host. The breakfast was the best we had during our 12 day stay in Turkey. The rooms are cozy, spotless clean, and the shower had good pressure and hot water (not taken for granted during a winter stay in the country). The location was perfect for our needs as well - close to the center, but quiet, with a small supermarket and enough parking space across the street.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed so comfortable -in fact the best bed I've slept in, in Turkey. The breakfast was varied and well presented. The hosts are such lovely people and make this the perfect hotel for a short or long holiday.
